How to Pay by Cheque or DD:

Customers can make payments by cheque or demand draft. This can be done either by physically depositing the cheque/DD into our ICICI bank account or by mailing it to our office address. Once we receive and process the payment, your order will be shipped.

Does Clay of Heaven store my card or bank information?
No, we do not store any card or account information. All transactions are handled securely by EBS, Visa, MasterCard, or directly by the banks without passing through our servers.

We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may hold or verify a transaction if deemed potentially fraudulent. If needed, we may request identity verification to ensure the purchase was authorized by the account holder.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange products purchased from Clay of Heaven?
We have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it without any additional charges.

How to Request Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team about the issue.
  2. Return the Product: Our team will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect or damaged product.
  3. Replacement Shipment: Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch the correct product at no extra cost.

If you are asked to courier the item back to us, we will refund the courier charges as store credit.
