Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically within India and internationally. Our goal is to ensure that every order reaches you safely, no matter where you are.

Shipping Times

1.Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Processing Time: Orders placed within India will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will typically take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on the location. Please note that remote areas may require additional time.

2.International Shipping:

  • Processing Time: International orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: International orders generally take 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Some regions may experience slight delays due to local regulations or unforeseen circumstances.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Delivery Process

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details, estimated delivery times, and tracking number.

Domestic Deliveries:

  • Orders within India will be shipped via trusted courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Shiprocket or similar local partners.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM). If unavailable, they may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

International Deliveries:

  • International orders will be shipped via reputed global shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or similar partners.
  • For international deliveries, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

We provide easy order tracking to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time.
  2. For domestic orders, you can track your shipment through the courier's website or app using the provided tracking number.
  3. For international orders, you can track your order on the global carrier’s website. In case of customs delays, tracking may show pending for a while, but rest assured that we are here to assist you.

Delivery Charges

  1. Domestic Shipping (India):
  • Standard Shipping: ₹100 for all orders below ₹2000. Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000.
  1. International Shipping: Shipping costs depend on the destination country and total order weight:
  • Asia: Starting from ₹1000, varying by order weight.
  • Europe & North America: Starting from ₹1000
  • Australia, New Zealand & Other Regions: Starting from ₹1,000.

Note: Shipping costs and delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

 

Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

In the case that a delivery attempt fails or the package is returned due to incorrect address information provided or unavailability of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, modifications cannot be made.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Verify the delivery address provided at checkout.
  2. Check with neighbours, the building’s front desk, or any common delivery area.
  3. Contact us with your order ID, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.

For international orders, customs processing may occasionally delay the delivery. Please allow up to 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us for assistance.
