We take incredible care and pay utmost attention to ensuring that our Light Up products reach you in a safe manner. Each product is brand new and has never been used before and therefore we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges.

From case to case basis, if the product reaches you in a tampered or damaged condition, we can exchange the product.
